- Holding at least Diploma in Aviation Technology related field with Professional Certification recognised by CAAM or Bachelor degree in Engineering Technology field like Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronic Engineering and Aviation. - Minimum in 5 years of working experience in Mechanical or Aviation Technology related field will be advantageous. - Understanding various flight and aircraft systems and engine operation will be advantageous. - Perform all corrective, preventive maintenance works and updating of technical documentation or logistical information. - Assist in updating & maintaining records of certification and traceability for simulator spare parts and materials. - Respond to customer's training needs in a courteous and timely manner. -Undertake teaching and learning related duties and short courses activities. -Conduct research or consultation projects with industries. -Publish papers and presents at local and international conferences. -Able to undertake duties at different premises within the University campus as required. -To engage with professional bodies and in activities associated with promotion and marketing. - Other duties within the Department and University as required
