The project “BuildSkills Academy” is an EU-funded project. The Manager will be responsible for project management, coordination, and ensuring the successful design and verification of the BuildEnrichedSkills methodology. This position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various countries.

Aufgaben
Design and Verification of the BuildSkills Methodology for transitional skills in the Construction sector
- Organize and facilitate meetings related to the project
- Coordinate activities and ensure smooth project implementation
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of knowledge in partnership with stakeholders
- Promote the BuildSkills Academy through various communication channels and social media
- Participate in external events to showcase the project and its results
- Identify essential and optional skills, competences, and knowledge in specific occupations based on the taxonomy for green skills and consider its integration

- Development of Matrix of Transitional Skills and Competences, focusing on transversal skills, environmental skills, and digital skills
- Consult with experts to ensure relevance and responsiveness to occupational frameworks
- Design a methodology for enriching existing VET courses with transitional skills and competences in the construction sector
- Collaborate with educational partners to implement the methodology
- Expand the portfolio of enriched courses based on market demands
- Collaborate with educational partners to implement the adaptation process
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field focusing on the construction and education specifics.
- Proven experience in project management and coordination minimum 3 years
- Strong knowledge of green skills and the circular economy for construction sector on EU and German level
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in German (at least B2)
Flexible timing;
Contract until December 2024, with the possibility for prolongation;

A monthly salary € 1.660,00,- (gross)
